Kitchen Dancers

Being a Kitchen Dancer is more a statement about where we are in our lives and where we tend to be truest to ourselves, in our kitchen.

Monthly Meetings

Our monthly meeting takes place at The Hundred Mens Hall, St Cross Hospital on the third week of the month alternatively, Monday and Tuesdays.

Caroline Brenton 1960 - 2007

Caroline was the original Kitchen Dancer and the inspiration for our group.  She was an excellent friend who had her kitchen designed for dancing.  We celebrate her life and that of all good woman when we met.

Who Can Join?

If you wish to join, just be a woman (of any age) who is prepared to share her wisdom.  Grandmothers, Mothers, Daughters, Working Women, Volunteers, Ladies Who Lunch. everyone is welcome!

Being A Kitchen Dancer

Kitchen Dancers monthly meeting programmes are varied. Our members enjoy the chance to socialise together as well as hearing the views or learning skills from our entertaining and thought provoking speakers.  The only ground rule is to turn up to evening monthly meetings ready to chat and with the tipple not limited to neither tea or coffee - we provide the glasses.

If you just want to try us out, or if you want to bring a guest, we ask you to make a donation of £5.00 towards hall and speaker costs.
